First century
Quite heavy rider, just under 300#. I was trying to start training for a century as my normal long rides were about 50 miles. I intended to do a longer ride yesterday, about 65-70 miles from Poughkeepsie to Tarrytown. When I approached Tarrytown I saw that I still had about an hour of daylight. Kept going south, reached the city and added a bit of riding to Central Park. Returned home after 11pm. Super happy. Slow and a bit freddish (Double Cross bike with 3x9, SPD sandals) century, but still a century.
First century.
First century.
