Worth more than the dumpster. But really can's see the components because you photographed the left side of the bike. My guess is no more than $50 - 100. Also note that it looks as though the front fork may be bend backwards. This is usually repairable.

Crashed it’s all about parts. Some of these had Shimano 600 arabesque parts. If so and if you can disassemble it yourself, could do well. If not, $25. The stuff you show have no impact on value other than the crash damage. Drive side with a clear view of components for the win.
ive bought a couple of these over the years just for the arabesque parts and did well. Ross name does not draw buyers other than their chrome MTBs and signature series.
Ross marketing department worked over time with names like super, grand, touring. Bike was none of these but novice buyers sometimes got fooled.
at free pickup was a no brainer!!

I can’t believe I’m publicly admitting this but I’ve been eyeing one of these for sale locally. Ishiwata 024 tubing and Shimano 600 group have me thinking the SGT XV should not be so quickly dismissed. In good shape, this bike should bring $125-$150, no?

FWIW I recently sold just the crankset for $150. Set it up as a single ring. BMX crowd loves them.
