Road wheel set vs SS set
Hey, this could be a silly question, but I’ll ask it anyway.
Some sales make road wheel sets at times cheaper than fixed/SS sets. Would a road set fit well on a fixed frame with a SS conversion kit?
I haven’t found any information in regards to this question...
Cheers!

For me I think it would come down to how hard it is going to be to get a straight chain line with the setup.

I'm not sure what you mean by "fixed frame with a SS conversion kit" but most fixed gear frames have 120mm spacing for the rear hub, and road will be 130 or more. So the rear hub will not fit in the frame dropouts. The front is usually the same fixed/road at 100mm, so that would fit.
