So I brought it over to the place that installed the trailer hitch. The guy tried to put the MTR in there and it got held up around the same place it did when I tried. He took it back off and ran a file over the inside to make sure there weren't any burs in there. I mentioned the other rack had gone in there so so then he got to looking at the rack and decided the powder coat job was too thick. I cringed as he got out an even bigger file and started filing down the part that slides into the receiver but he went at it for a few minutes, blew it off with the air compressor, then dabbed some great on and it slid right in.

Everything's working good now. Goes in and out with no problems. I'm super happy!
