The only problem is that little puddle that forms down there in the rain and sloshes around incessantly as you ride along.

Outstanding. Every Super Course deserves Super Record. 
I'm kind of surprised the brakes reach those (I assume) 700c rims. Are you using drop bolts? And I would rank Super Course green up there with Molteni orange and Celeste as an all time great bike color.

Thanks! I agree, the colour is very nice on these. What do we call it - emerald green? Not using drop bolts on the brakes, they just fit like a glove!

The only special term I've heard it called is "Weird Green," but I'm sure that's not how it was listed in the Raleigh catlogs of the early 70's Yours is a real beauty, with just enough of the weird blue primer beneath showing to let folks know it's not a repaint. Mine's the same color and I love it.
If I had my saddle/bars set up like that, however, I'd probably take a header every time went to the drops.

That's not too ridiculous, Busted Simpleton shift lever and crappy saddle is redeemed by the tires (do they still make those? I must research...)
The precious stickers are even intact, mine were long gone. Maybe 200.00 , but guys who do that with the bars should be duct taped into a chair in the corner and yelled at with pointed fingers. Slight indicator of possible crash with that, but these are tough-ass frames.

FYI to IKNowURider, I believe those are Schwalbe HS159 tires, still very much available and not expensive. One of my favorites, durable and cushy, but not very light weight.
