26 x 1 3/4 is a very old British size with a 571 mm bead. Is that what you want? If you are wanting 26 x 1.75, that's an entirely different kettle of fish. Mountain bike, 559 mm bead.

These tires are for a 70's Sears Fleetwood road bike. Original tires have the size on the sidewall, 26 x 1 3/4.

Then perhaps you could look for any other markings, maybe ERTO? That makes little sense and poorly marked sizes aren't rare. Here's a reference page.

Look again to confirm. The overwhelming majority of department store road bikes of that era used 26" x 1 3/8" tires (ISO size, 590 mm).

Yes you are correct, old age and poor eye sight is my only excuse - size is 26" x 1 3/8"
The only ones I can find that are in stock are on the Bay and overpriced and for Schwinn rims only,,,my quest for an all white version is a tough one for sure.

Found these tires: says they're for wheelchairs, but my offhand guess is that they're 590 mm and thus correct for your rims. You could ask for confirmation of IS0 590 size before ordering.

[Edit] I see now that they're gray, not white. Sorry! Old age and failing eyesight here, too.

Thanks, has to be white and, of course, they are out of stock anyway.
