Weigh in Tomorrow, 4th week in after an extended holiday hiatus and much regret . Hoping the cumulative weight loss will be around 7 lbs in the 4 weeks which puts me 18 lbs away from my immediate goal of 238 and then 220 after that. I haven't been below 240 in several years and 220 several more than that. The riding and walking is for exercise, I am actually doing WW which pretty much encourages lean meats, fruits, vegetables, basically just real food. I am doing their new version where you get more free foods. Potatoes and corn are actually free for me along with Chicken and Eggs. I find I can eat this way and not feel like its that different than how I normally like to eat. Basically just cut out the fast food, junk, high sodium, sugary and processed foods. I do have some points left over for my beer on occasion too. So far so good.
