I haven't been below 240 in several years and 220 several more than that. The riding and walking is for exercise, I am actually doing WW which pretty much encourages lean meats, fruits, vegetables, basically just real food. I am doing their new version where you get more free foods. Potatoes and corn are actually free for me along with Chicken and Eggs. I find I can eat this way and not feel like its that different than how I normally like to eat. Basically just cut out the fast food, junk, high sodium, sugary and processed foods. I do have some points left over for my beer on occasion too. So far so good.
That's great! I was able to get from 255 down to 225 or so pretty easily using the old WW app, but a few years ago I let things go and I'm back to 255. Been trying to use the WW routine again, and I haven't been as successful. Not sure if their new system doesn't work for me, or maybe I'm just not committed enough yet. Maybe a little of both.

Good luck, keep it up!
