What made you decide on the Mu Uno?

I like the "Mu" line aesthetics, and need a simple-to-maintain folding winter commuter. I would add a belt drive to the bike and studded tires.

Good luck. They're not in production any longer, and you need to check ebay, craigslist, or Facebook marketplace to see if there's a used one available.

Or buy any used Dahon MU (and a coaster wheel for maybe $60).

Good point, I'm open to buying any MU model with the horizontal dropouts that is available.

Interesting, what aspect was custom about the hub?

The hub wasn't custom. The wheel was custom built (rhino lite rim), and It was using a Dahon Uno bike itself.

I hope that Uno from Linberl worked out for you. If it's the one I've seen on SF Bay Craigslist it's really nice, really well cared for. I'd already own it if I could still ride singlespeed!
