Looking for a opinion on long term usage of TPU innertubes
I searched a lot on internet, everyone seems pretty happy but no one talks about them in a long term.
Anyone?
Are they good for aggressive road riding / racing?

Schwalbe Aerothan
going on year three - casual use - no issues
(30 - 40mm tires)
the valve stem can be an issue though:
many if not most pump chucks will not remain on the plastic valve stem when pumping to high pressures - including standard Silca pumps
the valve stem ‘guts’ can be pulled out of the plastic stem if you are ham fisted

I’ve almost the exact same experience and comments as t2p above, but will add that in that time, I’ve punctured once and have enjoyed about two, trouble-free years since patching with a Lezyne self-adhesive patch, having taken care to degrease the site before applying the patch.
I think the Aerothan are awesome, and run two sets with different tires.

A couple of twists on the valve stem with fine sandpaper to rough-up the plastic cured that issue for me...

If they didn't last at least for the life of the tire, then you'd think there'd be some hullabaloo to be found in reviews and other places.
How long is long term to you? And is the life of the tube what you are wanting to know about long term?

the issue i've ran into is trying to use extenders. They always leaked. Other than that, x2 to what pretty much has been said.

Also seems that RideNow brand make more affordable ones but still i don't want to tick with a product thet i need to change almost every month.
I do ~650 Miles per month, from normal roads to very rought. And also i have an aggressive type of riding.

Are we talking about the Tubolito tubes? I have heard anecdotal "evidence" that they don't last, leak and are not reliable. You know, "...my buddy heard that his friend's son's daughter had a friend who had a blow out" type evidence. I bought a couple a year or so ago and keep them in my seat bag as spares.
I find regular tubes have serviced me well for 50+ years so I'm not willing to change just for a cool new tube. For spares though, they work great so far!.
