Long Head Bicep Tendon Release
Hello ,
I just had rotator cuff repair surgery and the doc cut the long head of the bicep tendon . He didn't feel the need to re-attach it , dont know why .
Question is has anyone ever had this done and how does it affect your mountain biking , especially like 6 hour races ?

This wasn't in the discussion before surgery? Did the surgeon reattach it to the humerus (near the short head)?

Nothing was ever said and he said on my follow up visit that if I was a baseball player that he would have re-attached it . Never asked if I was into any sports or not .
