Hello from New England!
Hello! New cyclist here. Got heavily into biking during COVID when all the cars were off the road. Perfect time to get used to city biking. Now I can't imagine life not centered around my bike.
Through a stroke of good luck I found a vintage Cilo Sport 105 in my partner's basement. It was a wreck and I spent like $200 US getting it restored by a friend of ours who's a mechanic.
Through a stroke of bad luck, my baby got stolen. I've had 2 bikes since then - a Puch and the world's worst steel Peugeot (I was desperate). Looking to get another Cilo again because NOTHING compares to it. Nimble as a dime, light weight (light enough for me), and smooth even with the incredibly thin tires. Also, I loved the look of it.
Looking to do bike adventures sometime in the future.
Not sure what else to say on here. Thanks for your welcome and sharing of knowledge and experiences!
