How often do you ride your e-bike?
My e-bike is my main commuter. I ride it 4-5 days per week... twice per day. It gets used occasionally on the weekends, however, I usually do a fitness ride on my road bike on the weekend. I should probably be riding the e-bike more often, for short trips to the store or community events. I'm coming up on 1000 miles since I did the e-bike conversion in March of this year. I should easily hit 1500 miles by year end. I thought I would use my road bike more for commuting. However, the e-bike just does a better job at commuting and I use it much more than I thought I would for that purpose.
Is your e-bike getting used as much as you expected?

I use my E-Assist bike about as much (slightly more) than I used my bike before the addition of the BionX kit, used to average about 2,200KM a year now I average 2,400KM a year on it but this year it is going over 3,000Km.
The wife uses hers about 1,100KM average, but the difference is huge compared to here bike before, without the E-Assist. I believe it was around 300KM total for the 4 years she had the bike before the E-Assist...

Nope, the ebike is too heavy (at 35lbs). And I like to pedal. So, most of my commuting is done by peddling. But I'm trying to ride it more this fall as the bikign season is winding down. I'm planning on getting some batteries 1/5 the size/weight of what i have now, and that will bring the bike down to a mid 20's weight, and that will help.

I've used it for 3 months every day twice a day for commuting to work and just riding it around the park. Had to send the battery because it stopped will be getting it tomorrow.

I used to ride my ebike most of the time to commute until I got my Velomobile. The Velomobile is more comfortable and faster than the ebike, I also don't use the motor much when I do ride the ebike. I have studded tires for the ebike and use it mostly in the winter now. When the snow is deep, their is ice or the roads are to bad for the Velomobile. This year I have 299 miles on the ebike and 5500 on the Velomobile.

Ok, you inspired me. Since I'm not training for a race or tour, I'm commuting every day with the e-bike (vs the pedal only bike).
Its way too much fun!!!
I switched over from my e-mtb to my e-road bike. 25 mph commute on a light weight road bike (24lbs + battery) is a blast. I'm liking the drop bar road bike better than the mountain bike - it is light, fast and nimble. With less rolling and wind resistance, my speeds are up about 10% and range is up 30% over the mountain bike.
Anyway, I'm loving the ebike commute (although cars do not expect to see a bicycle going faster than them on the streets I use).
