What has changed in bike fitting since 2014?

What has changed in bike fitting since 2014? Whats the latest fitting that makes you faster from pedal technique, saddle position pelvis orietantion and so on? Anythig new?

Same ole arguments. Same ole dated and never really correct rules of thumb and stuff from the 70's and 80's being touted as absolutes.

The good news is that those dated and never really correct rules of thumb touted as absolutes are being replaced by newer, never really correct rules of thumb being touted as absolutes.

Many cyclists who were already adults in 2014 have gotten a little shorter since then.
