Replace Shimano 7 speed cassette..options?

I'm looking to pick up a spare cassette for my touring bike.

I'm currently running an HG70 13-30 cassette(1993 Trek 970).

What are my options for a replacement? I'm hesitant to buy a used one as it may be worn. Are there any new options that would be compatible (in addition to the occasional NOS that pop up on ebay..)? I see a Tourney CS-HG200 12-32 is available. Any SRAM options? I'd rather not step down into a 28 tooth max if possible, though the difference is minor.

thx..

Quick check...
SRAM PG-730 7-Speed Cassette [00.0000.200.293] at BikeTiresDirect

Though it says SRAM, it'll work fine with Shimano.

For custom ratios, one can buy several cassettes and mix and match loose cogs

Sunrace CSM40 comes in several tooth number configurations in your range. If you can find one in stock. My hybrid came with 11/34 version, and it shifts reliably.

I haven't used this one, but I've heard that they're fine. For the price, OP might as well buy a couple and save on shipping.

Just installed the SRAM 12-32 7 speed cassette, replacing an OEM Shimano HG70 13-30 7 speed. The SRAM cassette works perfectly.

Thanks for your help.
