Garry was the house brand for the J.H. Asshdown Hardware Company, which had a chain of stores in the Canadian prarie provinces. It looks to be a 1960s Raleigh product. The handlebars and saddle and been changed. The carrier and lighting sysyem appear to be aftermarket. It's strange that the chain guard is chrome but the fenders are white. Typically, they would match.
