Bay Area: Schwinn Super Sport 53/56cm Frameset + Extras - $50

SOLD

This was a fun paint project, but I need it out of my house!

I believe it's a 1981 Super Sport. A nice, light Japanese Schwinn. No issues.

Only $50 picked up in Berkeley. Includes Shimano BB, SR Apex crankset, Cyclone FD, KKT pedals, and the original headbadge (though its paint was stripped by a previous owner)

Measures ~53cm seat tube, 56cm top tube.

Frame was stripped of rattle can paint, de-rusted, and repainted with automotive paint, including 2k clear. Velocals decals.

The paint job is worth three times that alone! Very generous. Someone will be getting a wonderful bike to build up.

Best of luck!

At that price it would be easy to make something work.

Just Google it and you will probably end up right back here with a full drilldown ifn it takes you straight to it.
