500 Pound Stem 🤯

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

500 Pound Stem 🤯

That's £500, not 500 lbs. And very ugly.

I don't think it's ugly but, at 150g, it's hardly lightweight.

It's being offered in lengths
tip the scales at 150 grams (5.3 oz)
and internal cable routing compatibility.
I'll take my 79 gram Extralite stem & pocket the €350 in savings any day.

Internal routing?

Good luck Mr. 3d printer guy.

That needs the silca gps mount added to it to really complete the wastefullness and pointlessness of it all.

I wonder how much a 3-D printed bicycle frame with the same technology would cost. If a little itty bitty stem costs this much, I bet a full frame would easily cost $10K or more.
