Centurion lugged headtube ID?

Can anyone determine the frame date for this picture of a Centurion lugged headtube?
Nice shaped lugs caught my eye and was wondering if it maybe a nice frame to checkout and possibly buy.
Will try to get some more pix, only 2 were provided and the non drive side did not show any details.

For what it's worth, I have built up two Centurions (1979 Super Elite, 1985 Ironman) and they were both well built, quality bikes. I am on the lookout for another Ironman and would enjoy getting into another one of these bikes.
