Stopping with Brake Shoes... literally
Popped into one of the local handy dandy bike Co-ops to fish for a few parts recently. Whilst rummaging, these emerged. Patent pending yet. Overall shoe length about an inch and an eighth. Let the memes begin!

My computer doesn't like that link but when I put in koolstop.com manually it works fine. Can't find the little shoe pads on the site though.

I suggested to the shop steward he have them bronzed. In any case, left them there for show n' tell. Never seen anything like 'em!
