paragon 148mm dummy axles

I just looked and now they have 4x148mm dummy axles. One to fit Paragon, one for 19mm (is that the Chinese dropouts?), one for syntace, and one for SRAM

I was confused for a while, but I think I have it figured out that I need what they call "148x12mm" for my paragon dropouts.

I am not sure I want to delve into why SRAM might be different. Seems like it shouldn't be. I had considered buying some of those dropouts, but not if I have to buy a special dummy axle.
