Specialized Crossroads

ive found a specialized crossroad hybrid bike that has been completely taken apart for a cheap price, i think the drop out is verticle but im not sure, would this make a good fixed gear bike?

Well, how cheap? If it has vertical dropouts it's probably not worth the time, money and sweat for you for any price imo. I don't think it's an especially good choice personally. Pretty much any random 70s/80s steel bike will be similarly bulletproof but more stylish and fun to ride imo.

Cool conversion it would fit really well in the 2022 Post your Single Speed and Fixed Gear Thread rather than in a thread that lasted 2 posts for 2 hours and 14 minutes 11 years ago. Posting in old dead threads is not ideal but current active threads is always great and super helpful these old threads especially ones that never went more than a couple posts in a short amount of time a long time ago.
