A Brooks B17 would look like a Rolls Royce radiator on the front of a Tesla.

The tan was a classic color back in the cork tape era, and Arundel have one still:

Since anything can be done with duct tape, why not just make the handlebars out of it?

I think it looks way better without the HED logos.

As far as the Ridley logo on the down tube I was thinking of experimenting with some waterslide decals by printing the Ridley logo on the waterslide and seeing if I can change the color of the logo. The Red is just a tad bit bright and I think it takes away from the look I am going for.

I can make Red the prominent accent but that would be way too easy and I like the Challenge of the throwback look on a more modern bike..

Was actually looking at getting a leather saddle to match saddle, bars & wheels. That would look sexy.
You can actually see the tires without the HED stickers.

Haha 😉 It's driving me crazy. You need to find a matching bar tape.

There are 2 things that currently stand out on my Noah. The Ridley logo in red, and the mismatch of the bar tape and tan wheels. If the Pirellis I had worked out it would be a non issue and I could pick up the red in other places. (Like a leather saddle with red carbon rails, that would be sick) But the Pirellis did not work out and I just thought it would be a pretty easy quick fix to get a natural leather bar tape to match the GP5ks for 30$ or so until I sort the Pirellis out.

I'll keep looking. I'm certain if Pirelli replaces the tires that the day I get them back and put them on the bike that there will be a perfectly matching bar tape that cones out the day after.
Who cares if the shades match, the bike is yellow, the bars are yellow... good enough.

C’mon now…you know full well that’s not how it works. Everyone cares that the shades match. Not even Ronald McDonald be wearin’ mismatched yellow outfits.

Yellow Bike? HED logo? - I'm Confused...

But I do understand wanting things to match. As long as it does not interfere with my ridding...

Looks great. I have this bike also that I am building up the frame currently. I have red bar tape and the rest is all black with no decals on wheels. Will post pics when its built. Only thing i'm thinking is to mount the varia onto the back of the saddle using one of those special mounts so that its visible and tightly secure. the varia tends to twist and turn because of the aero seatpost while riding.

I need to clean it up there under the saddle. I also want to mount the Varia off the saddle. I think the performance of the radar and the overall look of the bike would greatly improve. It does slide around a bit on the seatpost.

Im going to ride this through the rest of the summer as it is now and maybe change out the wheels/tape over the winter if I can get enough miles on the wheels tires to justify replacing them.

I only justify replacing wheels when they break.

Thanks for a great laugh - I'm still chuckling as I write this. I plan on making it again for Night Out - the neighborhood get-together. Maybe I will label it as Trump's Toupee.
