Running new front and rear Derailleur cables...but
Ok this is my first time running new cables. So far so good, but there is a cover that im not sure of how to remove on my bottom bracket area of my bike. I have seen others with screws, but this one doesnt.
I dont want to break it, does anyone know how to release this cover?
FUJI SL 3.1 (cant post a photo due to me being new to the site)

The cable tension is holding that cover in place. Once you loosen the cables from their respective derailleurs, that cover should pretty much just pop out.

The Fuji SL 3.1 appears to have internal cable routing. The cable looks like it runs above the plastic plate. It’s not being held in by the cable. It looks like the plate can be pried out making the internal routing a bit easier. Still a pain but not as bad as others I’ve seen

You're replacing the housing as well, right?

I have replaced the larger housing but the tiny opaque housing on the front DR I did not. The rear DR didn't seem to have that smaller opaque housing on it, but I suspect it needs it to move properly.
Anyone know what size that would be?

"Small, opaque housing" ? I have no idea what you're talking about. The housing I'm talking about is 4mm shift housing. That's all there is. From the rear shifter to the frame, from the frame to the rear derailleur. From the front shifter to the frame.

The 4mm housing is what I replaced, however look at the photo, on the right channel on the bottom bracket cable cover, that white sheathing has the front DR cable inside of it and it runs just around the cover and up thru the hole underneath the front derailleur. That cable I didn't replace.

That's just a cover that helps the cable glide through, if it isn't worn through its fine to leave it, surprised they used it in a plastic cover. I suspect its the same thing that's used in V-brake noodles and maybe its to protect the plastic which can be cut into over time.

it's called internal cable liner. They're fairly inexpensive. I had the same issue and questions.
