Can anyone recommend a PC-based Cycling Simulator and controller

I live in the Northeast, and my fun new, weight shedding hobby will screen to a halt in the fall.

Are there any decent PC based bike simulators? Both the app as well as some controller that can be hooked up to our stationary bicycle?

What stationary bicycle do you have? For a controller to work with a stationary bike it has to have some way of interfacing with the friction adjustment on the bike. If yours has a manual mechanical adjustment there is no way for a controller to adjust the level of effort you feel while riding the bike

I don't need it to adjust My resistance. Just need it to roughly track my pedalling to the movement of the view in front of me.
