although I've bought off-brand w-sauce and poured into a Lea & Perrins bottle. You can taste a difference if you try, but when mixed in as an ingredient, it's fine. But that brown-paper bottle is just too iconic

Good thing he didn't grab ahold of that Thule rack system, that probably costs more than the car

At least the bear didn't get stuck in the car… I've seen photos of what happens when a door closes whilst they're sniffing around inside. Car was a write-off.

I've had pretty good success putting a link inside (IMG)url of image(/IMG) -- except with square brackets not ()

Yeah, the gallery in question is running this gallery application which is my own code, so if I knew what VBulletin's objection was to the link I provided, I could theoretically fix it quite easily. However it just gives me an opaque "computer says no" type message. My hunch is someone's naïve enough to think a "photo" has to end in ".jpg", whereas in HTTP, the format is described by the Content-Type header being set to image/jpeg. (or the fact that the first few bytes will be 0xff 0xd8…)

A symptom of people growing up with Microsoft's operating systems and not knowing an alternative way I guess.

oh well that sounds like a 20% problem, what I said is just the 80% solution. Another workaround is to google up a url to where somebody else already posted the same image statically

I just use the windows "snipping tool" to capture an image, save it to a temp location and then upload it using the BF picture interface. From the phone, I just do a screen grab and pretty much the same routine. This of course when I cannot get a clean .jpg or .png url. (some sites block their pics or they are embedded)
