Braze on chain hanger. Slide that upper half of the chain you got there over the top.

I don’t use it too often, but very helpful whenever the rear wheel comes out. I wish more of my bikes had them.

It comes in handy if your bike lacks rack/mudguard eyelets, to keep the rack-mounting clips from sliding down the stays.
