Mystery bike...G. Lüthi

A neighbor/friend came across this interesting bicycle with a frame made of Dedacciai Zero Uno aluminum tubing. The decals show a "G. Lüthi" signature and "Prof" logo with a nondescript town skyline behind it. Any details would be appreciated!

Cool, is that some sort of neutral support bike provided by Mavic? Or did it originally have Mavic components on it?

Team bike? I love the paint, but hate the stem.

I built up an Italian team frame for a church friend a few years ago. It had oversized aluminum tubing and Shimano 6500 kit. Quite the rider - I was impressed. Yours is reminiscent.

EDIT: Georges Luthi was a Swiss rider, now in his late 60s. Not likely that this was a personal racer, as he'd have been beyond his competitive years. Perhaps he lent/licensed his name to a line of bicycles. Is there any European connection to this frame?
