Ascherer,
I have the exalted BOC ready to resume it's mission of providing crap to the unwitting recipients who sign up. At this time we have had interest from guy1138, and southpawboston. If the consensus is that we can resume sending the box along, I will try to do some moderating of who needs to contact who to move the box from member to member. I am not in a position to take on the duties of Crapmaster 8.1, but I will do my best to facilitate the movement of the box along. Please let me know the thoughts of the members. Smiles, Honk

Please proceed, that it my opinion. And if you wanted to take it over, you may want to start your own new thread so you can update the first post. But that is up to you.

Today is day five with no response from either guy1138 or southpawboston, So in an effort to move the BOC along it will be offered to Ascherer. For anyone wishing to be in line for the BOC now is the time to step up. The BOC has been silent for close to four months, it is now re-emerging into the hands of BF members. If you are interested, please post here and I will continue to track those willing to participate and try to keep the BOC moving. Thanks to all, Mad Honk

After a long four months of covid isolation from the BF members, the exalted "Box O' Crap" has been declared safe for contact with BF members and is now once again in the U S Postal Service's hands as it moves along to ascherer. There are plenty of openings for the craptastic contents of the Box to be delivered to you! Respond here and get in line for the Box O' Crap to be on it's way to you. Again remember to let us know when received and when the box leaves your possesion. Smiles, "Stand in Crapmaster" for Chromoly during his absence.

@Mad Honk, I suggest starting a new thread and bumping the revision number. This way, you can make new rules if you want and also alter the first message of the thread. If you please.

Tom,
As I have stated before in this thread, I don't want to be the Crapmaster but I am willing to try and keep the list organized and members contacted in a sequence that follow the rules set out by Chromoly. Series eight belongs to him and I am just trying to help things along. I am still hopeful that he has had slight setback and will return to our ranks. Should he not come back, I am sure we can start a search committee to find a new Crapmaster just like it happens in the academic world. and with hope it won't take two years of meetings before we find one. Smiles, MH

MH,
In that case, we will need a CV from them that lists their qualifications as well as 3 letters of recommendation or a reference list for contacts and of course a series of endless committee meetings in order to make a selection. Oh, I forgot the site visits and presentations.
Best, Ben

Let me think on that one. I think I'd be more reliable when school is nearly over! Unfortunately my entire garage is a BOC...

The Outer Sarcophagus

Breaking the Seal...pray there's no curse therein

Container of the Sacred Texts

At last, the remains see the light of day!

The Bounty revealed...

I'll round up some fresh remains crap and squeeze it in. I expect to get to the PO on Friday. southpawboston I'll DM you soon for details.

Have fun!
