How about one of the visors from Bouclier, based in the Bay Area? Full face, looks kinda cool, only works with visorless helmets though.

I have a basecamp. if you like their style I'd suggest buying a spare sheild either clear or tinted. it's handy to have both. their customer service actually responds when messaging them
there's a gap at the top where the magnets are for venting. it works well, but I have fogged them in extreme winter conditions. & the vent space allows rain water to drip onto the inside of the shield. so it's an OK rain helmet but then I'll add a helmet cover with front brim. another thing, in the warmer summer months I need more ventilation on my face so I switch to just glasses & my summer helmet w/ more vents

If you are leaned over say like at 45 degree can bugs get in through the top where the vents are? my prescription wrap around sunglasses would work find if I road a cruiser and sat bolt up right like at 90 degree angle.
When I ride like this and my glasses slide down just a tad I tend to look over my oversized sunglasses. That's when the bugs get come in.

actually the vents are probably a bigger weakness for bug repulsion. just took the winter foam plugs out

yes, it is a tight fit, just enough of a gap for some ventilation & water leakage. I think most bugs that are bothersome, are bigger than the gap. but if not, they would just blow right by it
