1977 Colnago Super acquired 2015 from the pole barn of the original owner/builder/racer. Restored and taken for rides often. It grabs the attention downtown simply because you don’t see them everyday around here.

The 1976 65cm Masi GC that my wife found as a frame/fork to replace the (too small) 60cm ‘72 (also champagne) from my brief racing days back then. Unlike the earlier one that was awesome everywhere, this big one was NOT a good descender, which I attempted to fix with an custom short rake fork. New fork helped, but not enough for confidence on the many steep hills of the PNW. It went to a new home in 2003 after a stop with the late Brian Baylis to touch up the paint.

I've finished the front wheel rebuild with dynamo hub, so I'll be taking it to install the lighting soon. I also have wider bars and a Technomic stem to install.

Sir_Name, you have just built one of my winter projects! Is this a case of "Great minds think alike?" That is a 650b conversion, right? Mine has the same black fenders and wheels, and I've been trying to choose between Mustache bars or my usual upside-down black SOMA Oxford. Now it's easy - Oxford it is.
Of course, where you have gone with single (fixed?) speed, I'll give mine a derailleur and set it up for all-road touring. Very nice build, Sir!

I’m enjoying riding it fixed, my first. I saved the stock parts (well, minus wheels) and will likely strip the current gear and sell the frameset with original parts at some point to find something that fits a bit better. Maybe something British with track ends, road geometry, brake drillings and fender eyelets.
Curious to see how yours comes along! Is there a build thread??

Plus, when I'm in there building, I go into intense concentration mode, and can't interrupt that to take photos. But I will shoot some detailed images when it's done and post them to the 650b thread.
