www.Bike-Discount.de and www.Bike24.de tend to be pretty decent for any bike parts. Shop both for availability and price. As a backup, www.mantel.com is decent, but often pricier than the two German shops.

I'll add Bikester, Chain Reaction Cycles and Wiggle. Bike 24 has brutal shipping costs to Norway...

a long list
I have yet to find a one stop shop, unfortunately, so order from a variety of places.
Big stores:
Bike-components.de has a good selection in general but also of Nitto bits at very fair prices.
Bike-mailorder.com has a huge selection of Dia Compe.
If you want to support smaller merchants,
Custom-junkies.com
studiobrisant.com
sella-berolinum.de . This guy has very good prices and a house brand called Sellax which is good quality, shiny, and reasonably priced. I kind of think of him as a velo-orange before they went bad--he imports a lot of stuff, sells Berthoud bits from France.
Cnc-bike.de has some of the best prices, a lot of Steeply doscounted remainders, and a good selection in general. They can hand build decent wheels for a reasonable price.
Mtb-kult.de . Mostly NOS mountain bike stuff from the 1990s, but also roadie bits. There is a lot of colorfuly anodized parts here, so don't dismiss it if that is your style.

wow - thanks for "introducing" me to sell-berolinum - They have an awesome selction of TA stuff which seems to be terribly pricy everywhere else!

Cool! Always nice to know that a post helped. And I do think that the owner of the shop has done a good job--it's nice to support that.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again if no one closer has what I am looking for--they had friendly customer service and fast and reasonable shipping in the EU.

Didn't see it mentioned, I bought mine from evelostore.com, they deliver across Europe. Well, i have no complains about delivery.

In Europe usually not. Amazon is already charging a lazy person premium in the EU for people who want it tomorrow rather than the day after plus shipping, total the same. For lots of bike bits in eu avoid Amazon, especially of you need something specific.

I would second the person who said mtb-kult.de
and add
singlespeedshop.de
velosaloon.com
(have used these)
and
goldsprint.de
rad-spannerei.de
oh yeah and for old stuff
der-ritzler.de
and defietsenmaker.nl
(haven't bought anything from these ones yet, but they make a good impression)
and add
singlespeedshop.de
velosaloon.com
(have used these)

goldsprint.de
rad-spannerei.de
oh yeah and for old stuff

and defietsenmaker.nl

Plus there is the added thrill of getting a 1990s bike bit in an original box!
