I live in a city that does not have a strong vintage bicycle market and that Super Course would fetch between $100 and $200, depending on condition. In good cosmetic and mechanical condition, shoot for the $200 mark (good mechanical condition means road worthy and safe to ride). Since the one pictured does not have a saddle, it would be neither road worthy nor safe to ride. With that in mind, even $100 would be a bit difficult to achieve.
Now is a strong vintage bicycle market, you could probably double the values, seeking between $200 and $400 dollars. Again, the lack of saddle would significantly and negatively impact the selling value.

Beautiful bike and a tough sell at 200. I see these being offered regularly at 150 plus and they move slowly if at all. I’d value it at $125 plus.

Forgot to mention I sold a '71 super course frame on ebay for $175 in April. That was a 58cm though. Seasonal changes in value happen too based on demand (probably lowest mid winter, highest early spring).
