Minnesota Paved Bike Trails

I hear there are some long paved bike trails in Minnesota. One I have heard of is Paul Bunyan. Is that the best one to go to? We are looking for next summer. Thanks

The Paul Bunyan trail is nice. It's flat and could be considered boring.
The Root River trail in SE Minnesota is very nice as well. Especially the world famous pie shop in Waylan.

We just got back from three days of biking by Boulder Junction Wisconsin. Did 100 miles in some of the prettiest trails I have ever been on. Of course the leaves changing had some to do do with it. You do ride by at least three lakes. I have been to both the root river and Paul Bunyan trails and they do not compare to the trails around Boulder Junction.

It has been a while since I've been up to the part of WI. I like the UP a lot and I'll need to explore those paths near Boulder Junction one of these days. MN publishes a map with bike paths you might want to check out. Also Adventurer Cycling runs a few routes through MN and their maps are very high quality.
