Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I read it over in user assistance.
It seems seedsbelize is now locked out, and this must be my new persona. I wonder if they'll let me change my username. Something like Mustafa.
I don't want to complain too heatedly lest I get locked out altogether. But if I can't change my password for years and years, it doesn't seem right to kick me out for it. Perhaps it's a site issue.

try the spray away, (or similar foam cleaner) It cleans really well. I understand I leave huge puddles of sweat riding indoors.

Bye bye jury duty!
I got called years ago for a case where a florist delivery guy got chased by a dog who managed to get all the way into the delivery van cab with him before he could get the door shut. He sprayed the dog in the face with some spray paint he managed to get his hands on and then kicked the dog out to the curb.

When the judge asked if anyone thought they wouldn’t be able to be fair, I raised my hand. He then asked, “why?” and I told him that I was bicycle rider that had been chased by dogs and bit once. “You’re excused.”

I’m no help with that kind of stuff, knocking heads together is my cup of tea.

I totally get that. I don't do intervals on anything but what I deem as safe, as opposed to ideal terrain.

I got a ride in today, but didn't record it. My house guest went along. We both have bad left knees, his somewhat worse than mine.
