Top dollar in USD is probably $10-12,000, unless you want custom paint. Then it can be a lot more. For $10,000 you get a full carbon fiber frame, carbon fiber wheels, a top of the line group set (Durace or Sram), electronic shifting/ gear changing and hydrolic disk brakes. Your choice of pedals will be extra as will the saddle.
