Brake pad help

I want to replace my brake pads. Please help me find, I don't know what to look for.

Also, the spring, does it have a right and a left side? I was watching Syd's video on bleeding brakes, and the camera guy said there is a left and right side on the spring, I checked mine and I don't see a marking. My brakes are Tektro HD M-745.

Thank you

Really you can generally just type in the brake you have an pull up the pads you need but these are going to be a good solid upgrade:

https://www.swissstop.ch/brakepads/d...isc27/disc-rs/
https://www.swissstop.ch/brakepads/d...c27/exotherm2/ (with cooling fins)
https://www.swissstop.ch/brakepads/d...isc27/organic/

and then for Kool Stop it would be the: KS-D640 or KS-D640S (I couldn't get a solid link to individual pads)

And one more set of options from Galfer:
https://galferusa.com/bike/product/9...ndard-compound
https://galferusa.com/bike/product/9...s-pro-compound
https://galferusa.com/bike/product/96517/BFD426G1652

You can also buy pads from Shimano in that same shape or from Tektro/TRP but I wouldn't go with Tektro pads their brakes are fine but I wasn't a fan of their pads.

Tektro indicates that Q11TS or Q10YS are the replacement pads. There is no left or right side to the spring; it works either way.

There are also Shimano pads that fit as well as MTX and others.
