The frame was made in mid 83, so either 83 or 84 model year. In the link above by Trueblood it's the S(2) format in post #1.

Provided it still has the original components, we can determine if it is a 1983 or 1984 via the model names on the derailleurs.

I bought it from the original owner it is all original and complete the derailers are Shimano I don’t know the exact model numbers if you need those I can get them for you in a few days. Thanks for your help.
