Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

No pic (was driving), but yesterday saw a Seat Leon Cupra R around Castle Rock. Plated from Chihuahua.

Looking at the house spacing I'm pretty sure I'd scrape off all my skin walking through that area.

We did look at FOCO houses this afternoon with both sets of parents. That was good.

Woah! I've driven them in RaceRoom Experience but never seen one in real life. Not all that exciting in game, but that's in comparison to the likes of the M4 GT3

I would love that. I have Missoula weather "bookmarked" on my phone because of all the tours I have started there. When I looked this morning it was 58*. Great tenting weather. However, they are starting a heatwave this week. 90s-100 every day.

I am not upset that one of my two NJ work days is today. 'Posed to be storms today than maybe more rain tomorrow. We need it. Leaves are withering and dropping. I will drop off the car for inspection and pick it up after work.

BTW...Has you like button disappeared like mine has?

I have a couple lawns to mow and then my monthly eye molestation (injection).

No riding, today, and the rest of the week may be wet if the tv is correct...

24°/94% humidity.
We are having the most pleasant summer in memory. Coolish and not very humid, after early morning. I do not have a ride scheduled today, bit I might go anyway.

Lots of ponies thru the front wheels. I wonder how they overcome the torque steer.

Great weekend for riding. Road construction on the Saturday route caused a temporary change that added 10 miles and 600 ft. 84 miles and 3200ft. Even made it up general Squire climb with the group...ish (was 3 bikes off the back..good enough) Sunday ride was canceled due to threatened storm activity , so I did 62 miles on my Bell Isle loop. Was very windy. Legs are swole today.
