I hope this hasn't already been posted. I'd buy it in a heart beat if
a) it fit me
b) I lived near Florida

I want a Fuji America bad! All that chrome :-)

Fuji America $75

https://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/bik/1417937898.html

hi i have old road bike. it's a fuji america. from the mid 1980's there is some information online about them if you are curious.

the bikes has a 25 inch frame. so it's suited for taller riders. 6 foot at least i would say. i'm 5' 10" can ride it. but it's certainly to big for me.

ig to this because it was sitting alongside a barn. it very bad shape. i went thru it. new bearings chain cables tires tubes even new spokes! and now... because i am too short! lol it's sitting once again!

i have about 200 dollars in parts into the bike.. most of the original pices are still on it.. and work. could use a tuneup for sure! but it's a great bike for someone who actually needs a large framed bike.

the piant etc.. is not bad.. not great. has rust on it here an there. not a who bike. good rider. or if you want to restore one perhaps?

anyways... questions comments help? lol i want it to go to soemone who will use it. it's a shame for it to sit.

email for questions.. or call. i can take pics as you would like to send to you.

Ok, should I be astonished that no one has picked up that Fuji America for $75? Man I wish that guy was in Dallas. Well it's a too tall for me but what the heck.

Beautiful lugs on the headset of this 67 Raleigh Competition. $295 seems high with those rusted forks and other signs of needed work.

That thing is just a shell of it's former self. It's a shame. I think the price is insane considering.

I noticed that too. Maybe they only EVER rode on the tops/hoods and wanted to shave some weight. Maybe?

Boy, this one is tempting. It would clean up nice, but I can't imagine selling it. My town is pretty hilly.

1963 Schwinn American bike - $130 (highland falls ny)

1963 (F3XXXXX) S7 wheels
should clean pretty nice!
great winter project!

It's a Continental. Oval badge vs. round. Also notice the evidence of Electro-Forging (flash welding) at the seattube/toptube juncture. The "tubular" fork means it's not a Varsity. $250 is almost expensive for a Super Sport. It's real high for a Conti ...

Nishiki Riviera

How bout this Nishiki Riviera Eurotech in portland? It looks sweet but I'm kind of a bike newb.

Is it worth the $425 being asked for it?

that is sweet, but seems a bit high to me, I would pay $300 for it. the portland bike market is pretty inflated from what I've heard though, so maybe that's right

I agree with KtotheF. Used bikes are probably higher in Portland than anywhere else in the world.
