in Newark, OH. A one-man operation. Bradley (his wife's
maiden name) is a 2nd tier line (lesser finish and simpler options).

Admittedly, they are pretty obscure. Most folks won't have heard of Ralph Carnevale. There was one for sale here in Evanston IL off-and-on for several years. I believe they are essentially re-badged Medici Pro-Strada frames.
