So what are all the limitless restrictions
So far I get can’t post more than 5 in 24 hours and I keep getting can’t post within 30 seconds even though last post was yesterday.

The limitations are to weed out the trolls and spammers.
Add to the limits you've found ,no PM's and no pictures until 10 posts.
