Road cycling Bozeman

We stayed in Bozeman and cycled to Churchill and Manhattan in 2018 and loved it. We liked the town and the cycling. We are wondering if it has gotten too crowded to have a similar experience. Thanks

Well, there has been a massive real estate boom there lately. During the height of the pandemic people were buying houses sight-unseen for over asking price. I’ll bet it’s not the same place as in 2018.

Closest I ever got was the junction of US 287 and MT 2 during a loop tour from/to Missoula. Turned west and spent the night at Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park. Headed to Butte the next day. MT 2 is pretty, but the headwind was killer.
