So would the Absolute Black 48/32 or 46/30 Chainring be a good upgrade for climbing if so would you just leave it at upgrading the chainring until I have ridden the bike for a bit.
Thanks !

Is that a typo? 50/34 maybe? 54/30 would be insane.

Your stock wheels are fine and fitness is your best bet to improve climbing. That said, a nice pair of carbon wheels would be significantly lighter and more aero, and will likely make a far bigger difference than any other upgrade. Obviously get your gearing sorted if it's not sufficiently low enough, but IMO the best upgrade you can make is carbon wheels.

Not only can you drop a pound (or more) from your stock setup, with wheels that lighter rotating mass (particularly on the outer edge of the wheel) will make the bike feel snappier and lighter, and the wheels feel like they accelerate and spin up to speed a lot faster.

Depending on how much you want to spend, something like a Zipp 303 Firecrest or even the lesser Zipp 303S would be an awesome upgrade.
