tubular recommendations: stretchable but puncture resistant
Looking for a recommendation on a tubular that's not too hard to mount, can be pre-stretched, but has good puncture resistance for city riding.

I've been dealing with Vittoria Rallys for about fifteen years now and have no complaints. The few punctures I've gotten have invariably happened as the tread is just about shot, so no need to take it apart and patch the tube.
