simplon is an austrian company. i believe their products to be very decent. had a simplon cronos once. it was a nice ride, and a nice frame. however to say if it is good or bad per se is difficult. good / bad for what? as a citybike? what is your friend using it for. which components are on the bike. does he like the ride? does he have any complaints?
