Oxymoron right?
Hello from the beautiful Ozarks!
Have a bike that has been hanging in the shed for almost 18 years. Bout time I get it out.
At 68 YO I will be getting back into things a bit slowly but I am dedicated to do so.
I hope to get motivation and technical help from this form and hope to contribute a bit as I can as well.
Lastly -- I wish I had gone through some threads first b4 I chose the cliche username. It really tags me as a one bike owner right?
Yea, I'll own it.
Thanks for having this forum!

A person can only ride one bike at a time, it might as well be Italian (or Japanese).
Ozarks? If that means quiet rural roads and hilly terrain - then I envy you. I was once in Missouri and liked the relatively empty backroads.
I ride older roadies, join us in C&V BianchiBravaUS

edit: sister in AR, but not Ozarks, likely won't get back. Got a zero bike there, if you happen to drive south of LR = take a bike carrier if 58cm fits.

One more post and you can show us a picture. I used to ride a 1973 Motobecane Le Champion road bike but by the time I got to your age decided I needed something that rattled the bones a lot less.
