For what duration? 1000 watts for 5 seconds is good. 230 watts for 60 minutes is good. 170 watts for 24 hours is good. I've done them all. Many others have done gooder.

Good for what - ProTour rider? World Cup track sprinter? Newbie racer? 50+yo avid recreational rider? Random guy on a poor-fitting bike with a condensation issue?

20 years and 20 lbs ago, I was a lot faster and a lot stronger...and still nowhere near anyone wanting to pay me to ride my bike.

I have three; red, blue, and yellow, and find the yellow to be, oddly enough, the most consistently efficient when measured across the flux capacitor.

World Class power...Wout Van Aert won the Tirreno Adriadico time trial with an average of 500W for just over 11 minutes.

For comparison, I can put out 500W for about 1 minute.
