Help me find a vintage lugged frame that is similar to this...
This is my All-road bike, I would like to duplicate it only in a vintage lugged type frame with decent frame materials. It has a decent fork rake, Cantilever brakes, is capable of at least 700Cx 50mm tires, runs 135mm OLD rear and 100 front.
It does not need fenders but would like rack mounts.
I do not care but prefer to have the brake cable and RD running along the top tube.
Is there an existing old school MTB or Hybrid that was lugged and with a decent tube set that fits this bike?
When I got it it looked like this and it is name branded Maxwell

I do not want to go 650b with this, I do have a Gugieized 650b Witcomb and that will do quite nicely as my Allroad tourer.
Another bike I have but is not a more compact frame like my Maxwell

I guess it may depend on how you define "vintage." Wanting it lugged makes it significantly more difficult.
Vintage lugged touring/cyclocross frames built for 700c wheels usually wouldn't fit 50mm 700c tires.
Vintage lugged ATBs/MTBs were build around 26" wheels, hard to think you could retrofit larger 700c wheels w/50mm tires in those frames.
By the time hybrids hit the market, most were tig-welded frames. More likely to have the clearance you want, but no lugs.
And nothing that I can think of vintage/lugged would originally have 130mm rear spacing, so you'd be needing to a fair amount of rear-stay spreading.
If your definition of vintage includes something made during this century, you might find one of the earlier Rivendell frames build around really wide tire clearance.

'90-'92 ish Trek 750, 790's, True Temper double butted 4130. I have one, though not that small. They are lugged but fit up to 45mm in back. Maybe bigger up front but not in the back.

Maybe Miyata Triplecross lugged frames or Schwinn CrossCuts and variants, but I don't know those frames well. That time frame the frames may be a bit hefty.
Also, the same thing without lugs that you are describing is a Black Mountain Monstercross. Which I missed out on myself this year.

Oh, yeah---forgot I sold a bunch of these back in the day, and they were lugged. But we sold a whole lot more of the Taiwan-/China-built tig'd models.
And also, yeah, I guess even with hybrids in this timeline, 50mm clearance is probably hard to find without significantly enhanced chainstay dimpling.

If you don't mind 26" tires, an early Diamond Back would fit the bill. For a couple of years they came with ornate lugs, mid-fork eyelets & the best looking bullmoose bar ever made

there were a few “early” lugged mtbs- KHS in the USA marketed a few also. Got one for a girlfriend- she used it then traded it in a decade later ( different boyfriend) too bad, I would have serviced the bike for her, or purchased it for more than what she traded it in for... the shop where she traded it in, knocked off the dust, lubed the chain and priced it at $150 more than the trade in value... made more on the trade in than the new bike most likely.

^^^Those Boardwalks were lugged up until 1995 or 96, and I'm pretty sure those later years had 135 spacing in the rear (my unlugged 1997 is 135). Has rack/fender mounts. Tire clearance is generous (mine came with 40), but maybe still not quite enough for 50 mm. You'd have to check.
