Problems removing bottom bracket crank

Hi All,

I am having problems removing the bottom brack I am new to bikes please help.

Removing the crank from your BB or just removing the BB? Title and your post don't quite match. Or is it both?

For certain you need to tell us information to let us know what BB and crankset it has on it. Many different types of BB's and cranks made for bikes in the last 100 or so years.

Even just the make, model and year of the bike might let us be able to figure out what you have.

That's the only pic in the OP's gallery. It appears they have a splined removal tool. Maybe they just don't realize which way to turn it? Suggesting the Park Tool site above is about the best that can be done with this much info.

Yes, hopefully that's all the OP needs to proceed, but zooming in I am not convinced that that is the correct removal tool. The splines look a little off to me.
Edit: Oof. The more I look at, I hope those splines aren't already a little buggered.
