No "immediate" email notification for new forum posts?

No "immediate" email notification for new forum posts?
I just noticed there appears not to be an "immediate" option for notifications in the forum tools. I'm referring specifically to the C&V Sales subforum. It seems daily notification is the highest frequency. I use an RSS reader which keeps me updated at a somewhat higher frequency, but it seemed odd that notifications of new posts to a forum wasn't an option. If it's thought to be too much load on the server, maybe it could be a part of the premium package?
